How it Work

Point of Sale Sign up

Click To Sign Up

When your account create then thank for register message show

Now go to Login Area  click on it

Enter the login information and login in

1st time login then system ask you some information relative to main part of system

add menu point of sale

This screen show 1st time you login in the system, in this screen you enter the main Menu Title (if you have pizza shop relative business then you enter Pizza in menu title and click on save button).

Sub Menu Point of Sale

This is the step 2 page form

In this page you enter the pizza sub menu (such as: Tikka Large Pizza) then enter the Rate and click on save Button

Now step final page show now click on Complete Business Info button

Now showing the Master table of system

Company: Enter you business Name and click on save button   you got the message Record Update
Contact: Enter you phone no / cell no and click on save button   you got the message Record Update
Address: Enter you office address and click on save button   you got the message Record Update
Now Save the All Records.

Menu

Menu is the most importance part of POS,

Dashboard (Admin) part

Menu Record -> Main Menu

Click On Main Menu Icon Button

  1. Add New Menu
  2. Show Sub Menu List of Relative menu
  3. Edit Menu
  4. Delete Menu

 Add New Menu

Enter the data In the field and click on Save Button

After save data show in list

This Menu fields also show Front on POS

Sub Menu

Sub Menu is the second most importance part of POS,

Dashboard (Admin) part

Menu Record -> Sub Menu

Click On Sub Menu Icon Button

  1. Add New Menu
  2. Edit Menu
  3. Delete Menu

Add New Menu

Enter the data In the field and click on Save Button

After save data show in list

 

This Sub Menu fields also show Front on POS

These two point is most importance for the Point Of Sale System.

This point is very importance which we discuss it after create these menu or sub menu we start work on Front POS system

If you login with Administrator user then

Now Click ON POS New Order

New Window open

This is the actual user dashboard where we create the order

5 step on this screen

  1. Select the Type of Order
  2. Select The Main Menu then select the sub menu
  3. Discount
  4. Hold
  5. Payment / Place Order

You see three button on right side screen

  1. Dine IN
  2. Takeaway
  3. Delivery

A.Dine In

When your client sit in your place then click on Dine In button

It show

 

Order No. :  Auto Generated by System

Table No. : If User set on any table then enter the table no.

Service Charges :  if you charge any service then click on this check box.

Save Changes : Now fill these field then click on Save Button

B. TakeAway

When your client ask for takeaway then click on takeaway button

C. Delivery

 When your client call on phone for the order then take the Delivery Button.

Click on Delivery Button it show the form like that

Select The Main Menu then select the sub menu

When you click on Takeaway button then menu / sub menu part allow , 1st user select the menu then sub menu show

It is detail of all items

 

If bill is complete not more any order then enter the payment which received then click on Payment / Place Order

Discount button

If give any discount then click on discount button
