Account Define
First Menu is Account Define, in this menu provide the information of Account Name, Description.
Select the Type of account, Debit & Credit (opening balance from account) , Address and Contact Number.Â
Account Type (Vendor, Customer, Expense, Income, Bank)

Define Product
Second Menu is Define Product, in this menu provide the information of Product Name, Barcode, Sale Price , Purchase Price .
Purchase Form
Purchase Menu select the product which you want to purchase.
Click On Add Button (Ctrl+A), Select Party, If any Reference Number.
Now Click on Product Grid, if you have Product Code or Barcode then enter in it, if you not remember then Press F3 button on keyboard show the products List , Add these product in 2nd Products Grid using Double Click or Enter key. After add these products then click on Add Items (Ctrl+I). Now Product Add In Product Grid. Product Code, Product Name & Price show in column, Also show the Stock in bottom of the form. Now enter the QTY of product which you purchase, if you have any Discount on any product then enter the value of discount in percentage it auto calculator the discount and amount. After enter these information then click on Save Button (Ctrl+S). This Invoice Show in Right Side Invoices Grid.
Sale From
Sale Menu select the product which you want to sale.
Click On Add Button (Ctrl+A), Select Customer, If any Reference Number.

Cash Payment Voucher
Cash Payment Menu you enter those payment which you paid / send payment through cash. Easy to Manage your Cash, Cheque etc .
In this form you select the date and click on Grid Part and Press F3 button to get the List of account which you make in Define Account. Simple select this account which you enter the payments. & Narration.
Cash Receipt Voucher
Cash Receipt Menu you enter those payment which you get payment through cash. Easy to Manage your Cash, Cheque etc .

Double Entry / Journal Voucher
Journal Voucher Menu you enter those payment which you use from bank entry or double entry cash. Easy to Manage your Cash, Cheque etc .
